Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at lrcreativestudio@outlook.com, and we will be happy to assist.

Customization Verification
Please carefully review your customization details before placing your order. We cannot remake products due to customer input errors; these items may be repurchased for correction. If there is an error on our part in the customization, we will correct it at no additional charge.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
